Cottages 9 & 10 are similar in layout and contain an eat-in kitchen, three bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with two single bed each), and a bathroom.

The back bedroom in Cottage #10 is screened not enclosed, so in the cooler times of the spring and fall, this area will be chiller.
