You are invited to come to camp and serve as a volunteer counselor, counselor in training, or as a paid summer staff member.
Parents, Grandparents & Adults You are invited to be part of staff teams as counselors, program leaders, artists, games leaders, worship leaders, or camp nurses. What are the gifts that God has given you? How can you share in the experience with our campers? Call us, and we can discuss the options to help you choose.
Counselor-in-Training Many of our camps use senior high youth (age 15-17) as part of their staff. You will be asked to share your talents with others, to lead campers in activities, to participate as a big brother or sister, to share supervisory tasks, and to do things that you have never done before. Are you ready to move from being a camper to being staff? Do you want to keep your camping tradition going? The cost is 20% off the cost of the camp you are assigned to. (Please note there must be a minimum of one year between your last year as a camper and your first year as a CIT) Call or e-mail us for application details.
Camp Staff Opportunities
Young adults who would like to live and work in the outdoors and enjoy working with children are invited to apply. Camp Staff works with swimming and water related activities, supervises the climbing tower or high ropes, builds camp fires, leads songs, conducts nature walks, works on construction projects, assists in the kitchen, helps with cleaning and maintaining the grounds, and much more!! The 10 to 12 week season begins with a week of staff training followed by weeks of service, fun, and great times. Both Tower Hill and Pilgrim Park try very hard to make sure that their staffs enjoy their summer as well as grow in their leadership abilities, self-reliance, and spirituality. A summer at camp is a great opportunity for high school and college students to gain valuable job experience. Applicants must be at least 16 and some of the positions have minimum age requirements of 18 and 21.
